When I came back an hour later the same host gave me a side eye and asked me what do you need? I reminded her that I just came in to make an appointment and at that moment she fixed her demeanor from annoyed to welcoming.My nail tech was nice at first but was really nasty and rude when I pointed out how I preferred my nails.
