I am very disappointed in the improper Gel Nail polish removal process done at this location. The Nail Tech (Daisy) after (Tony) started the soak with the acetone - took scissors to scrap off the remainder of the Gel Polish. Due to this, the doctor at Patient First informed me that my top layer of nail has been removed. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!

I was totally unprepared for her reaction and when her husband, Tony, tried to admonish her behavior, she got louder and more beligerant. I told her that I had no problem paying her but wanted understand why my service was 15.00 higher than anywhere I had previously been for the exact same manicure. I love this nail salon!!! I've been going to Holly for the past five years now and never have I been disappointed...I have a tough work schedule ....I have to call and make an appointment and she takes me right away..... My acrylic nails would chip from other nail salons... But here at Essex Nail Care I've never had that problem... I would recommend the salon to anyone who loves to keep their nails looking great!!!

The salon is under new management. Holly and Tony are excellent! Very good experience. I will continue to get my pampering done at Nail Care & Spa in Essex!!
