Paid 87 dollars for a horrible job. My polish is already peeling and I have been home a hour.

Again, we are sorry that you were not pleased with your service. We try to give our customers the best experience as possible. Also, after leaving the salon be very easy with your nails.
I've been to a number of places traveling with my husband, but I've never found a place comparable to Nail Artisan. The staff is awesome, but we especially love Cherry. My husband and I left completely relaxed. We always enjoy our experience here.

Good customer service is a must and this place lacks that. They used Soft Soap to scrub the feet, and didn’t remove any dead skin (rubbed my feet, noticed and told the nail tech that there was still dead skin, she said it would come off). Later when it was time to pay I had 2 GC I wanted to use. The tech then proceeded to get ugly and roll her eyes as I was telling her how I would like to pay for the rest. This place is awesome, very clean and spacious. The staff always make sure the service and amenities give you the most enjoyable experience you deserve.
