they treat you like family
My ‘traditional pedicure’ was very rushed. Only my heels were scrubbed (and the technician didn’t even look at them), but not the rest of my feet. My technician did put lotion on my legs and feet but I would not call it ‘a massage’ by any means. Several of my nails are cut too short which was a painful experience. There are better places to get a pedicure in Florence. This was a waste of my time and money.
Aaron was my nail technician today. He did an awesome job with my pedicure and manicure. I had gone to another nail salon and they completely messed up my nails, Aaron took his time and made them beautiful again. Many thanks to Aaron and I will definitely be back!
Poor service and to top it off I caught the funk! Used to be my favorite pkace...no more!

I highly recommend this business. The atmosphere is very inviting and all the staff aim to please. When I go it’s the highlight of the week! An always greets me with a glass of wine!!!
