I've been coming here for 5-6 years and I love it! I haven't had a bad experience yet. I'd suggest Nail Artisans to anyone that ask the best place to get a mani/pedi. I came in today and got a pedi done by Ashley & she was awesome!! Super nice and talkative and made sure I was completely happy with everything she did. �
Wow! The 2nd time I've been in and amazed at how relaxing and customer friendly Nail Artisans is! I've been to ALOT of a salons for pedicures and manicures and I think I've decided that Nail Artisans Tan & Spa is the best in the state!!! Thank you Cherry! BE a VOYAGER! (PS: I'm gonna bring my Mom!)

I have been a client for over 10 years. There is no where in Florence that even comes close to them. Always fast, friendly, and cutisious service. My one stop shop for all my tanning and spa needs. I highly recommend.

I've been coming to this salon for many years. My last few experiences have been really bad. Long wait times, rushed services, employees who text during services, constantly changing prices, and gel polish that lasts less than two weeks. After waiting nearly a hour today (30mins in lobby-30mins in water) I decided to leave. Not sure what has happened the last year to this place but it surely disappointing. �
I truly enjoyed my experience at this salon. I came in for just a mani and the manicurist Ashley Nicole did an excellent job on my gel manicure. I was hesitant about getting a pedicure but Ashley assured me that I would be pleased if I got a pedicure. I had to leave, but I assured her I would be back in a few hours for the pedicure. I returned for the pedicure, and I must say my feet feel so soft that I am beyond pleased. I live in Columbia but whenever I'm in Florence, I will definitely be coming to this salon.
