NACA is a fantastic program for homeownership and I’m extremely excited to be part of it. I’ve been assigned to a brilliant counselor LaJundra Carr. She is knowledgeable, extremely smart, honest, respectful, wise as Solomon and has the patience of Job! Yes the process is intense, at times grueling but if you do your due diligence and follow the Action Plan, homeownership is not far off. Stay the course and keep the faith! Thanks NACA.

gound out about this home buying program, no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, no fees, they don't look at credit scores and can help people become homeowners. my sister referred me. who actually became a homebuyer through this program. I've already started the process and have been in communication with them. They are very helpful and I'm excited about my journey to soon becoming a homeowner.

NACA has allowed me to feel less of a stress. This program has provided me with the opportunity to become a homeowner. This journey has been a long time coming for me. I have had the best coaches from watching the webinar to being assigned a NACA id, to uploading documents, to talking with a credit counselor. NACA has me excited for the journey to homeownership, although it is very time consuming to upload all of the documents and some have to be done multiple times. But I am here for the long haul and to show my children that anything is possible if we believe it and put our all into it!!

Naca has made a believer out of me that anything is possible. It has allowed me the opportunity to be a homeowner , something that i want most for me and my girls and i couldn't do it without my amazing counselor OJ Linney. Thanks so much

Naca is an exceptional organization that assists single parents, people, seniors who would otherwise would not be able to purchase their own home. During these very difficulty times, it is amazing that this organization will assist throughout the process. Can you imagine a mortgage company helping throughout the process, NACA does!!

I had my intake done on the 28th of January. I was very nervous at first, but my counselor made me feel very comfortable. We went over information, and now I have my Action plan let's just say I'm ready.
