NACA is getting worse; requiring nonsense details or documents, want to control what you spend for eating and so, the worst part is NACA is requiring you to pay getting your employment data from Equifax. It's going too far. Am on the house search, however, I couldn't buy a house I am looking for because of NACA's ridiculous lengthy process. I can understand that why NACA exist at first place, but...

I started with the NACA Program about a year ago and it has been a great adventure . I was assigned Kelli McEachern as counselor, she is a phenomenal counselor. One that is knowledgeable, professional, understanding, reliable and most of all helpful and kind. She wii make sure all your documents are up to date and in order. I started the NACA program in November of 2021. My next appointment is approaching and I'm praying for a great outcome. My counselor has been amazing and very supportive throughout this whole process. I highly recommend NACA to any first time homebuyers because you will get all the information you need before purchasing a home.

I started this process almost 90 days ago, so far everything is going well. There is a lot of paperwork to the process to becoming a first-time homeowner. I have learned a lot during this process; one is to put yourself on a tight budget. Only spend what is necessary down to the penny. DO NOT USE THE ATM; track everything that you spend. NACA is the best program available for low to moderate-income home buyers. We are a family working to buy our first single-family house. We are very particularly grateful for our counselor who has helped us throughout the qualification process. She had been very patient and professional in handling our pertinent issues. For all people looking for opportunities to make their dream a reality, NACA can make it happen. It is an institution you can trust and relay. Thank you NACA team for an excellent experience.
