Extremely disappointed with the service at NAB Dapto. I went in for a car loan, but due to a 'system issue,' my case was delayed. Despite visiting 5 times and calling 4 times, my request was completely forgotten, and no one ever called me back. As a loyal customer who conducts all my banking and salary deposits solely through NAB, I expected much better. The lack of responsibility here is shocking. A simple follow-up system is all it takes to ensure customers aren't ignored and the brand’s reputation isn't tarnished.
Nice newer looking branch , atms work well Staff are always great and easy to deal with Very helpful There operating hours are better than most other banks I’m glad I switched over
Rang this branch today for basic info. I Had a machine direct me to every other choice possible. I really don't know how Much Longer l Can Stay With NAB.
