Initially when the warranty company sent for me to do a review I gave them a one star from the email, but I feel like I need to come back and give them a 5 star because they knew nothing of what was going on and the back and forth and issues I was having with the warranty company. This Company is a Joke. I was referred to this company by my Home warranty service team. they said they would be out on Friday between 9-5, we waited all day with no update at all. 5:30 they called to say they won't make it out they had a rough day and we will be out first thing on Monday. This is poor business management and not satisfactory at all.
N Tex was sent out (by my home warranty company) to repair my heating unit that failed during the cold snap in February (14th or so). They originally stated that my contactor and run capacitor were bad. I was charged $75 for the initial visit. This is how my home warranty works. After the service was conducted, I was told cash or check only, no credit or debit cards. We were scheduled to have them arrive at 10 AM. I took off work to meet the tech/s when they arrived. When they had not shown by at 10 AM my phone rang with a lady that said they were running late and should be there "within the hour".
