The staff was amazing from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to when I walked in. My stylist Tamiah was super sweet. She answered all my questions and gave some tips on how to take care of my hair. Overall a great experience.

I went and asked them to dye my hair dark drown with a hint of red. Almost like a chocolate. With a balayage. Not only did they fail, they completely destroyed my hair. My hair was already a cowboy copper. Why they needed to make my hair as lighter didn’t make sense. The first time they pulled me from the bowl saying it was a finished product the hair was as blonde as ice spice I started crying on the inside and almost has a panic attack. Received a beautiful haircut from Walter, have been looking for a new salon to make my regular place and will absolutely be back! I am trying to grow my hair out but struggling with dryness and flatness, Walter was able to smooth me out and give me movement and volume without sacrificing length. So happy!
