Myumi is much more than your regular neighborhood food truck. Serving omasake sushi, the exclusive restaurant has patio-style seating for six outside the truck window from where you can watch Chef Kazuuo Yoshida make nigiri sushi and hand rolls. As is the case with omasake dining, the menu is completely determined by the chef and keeps changing everyday. Expect the unexpected since, along with traditional shrimp and toro, the sushi is often topped with unusual ingredients like sea urchin, salmon roe and egg yolk.

We went there for our 5 year anniversary and had some of the best sushi we have ever had, I cannot wait to visit them again!

Big fan of "1 or 8" in Brooklyn and so excited to have their temporary outpost in Wynwood. Thanks for having me tonight. If you are a sushi purest, this is the experience. Only one of 2 spots for Omakase in town. No designer sushi and if you are looking for eel sauce, you don't belong here. Looking forward to their permanent location later this year.
