Serving omasake sushi, the exclusive restaurant has patio-style seating for six outside the truck window from where you can watch Chef Kazuuo Yoshida make nigiri sushi and hand rolls. As is the case with omasake dining, the menu is completely determined by the chef and keeps changing everyday. Expect the unexpected since, along with traditional shrimp and toro, the sushi is often topped with unusual ingredients like sea urchin, salmon roe and egg yolk.
