Everyone working here was super nice but if you value your time whatsoever I would not recommend. First off I waited 20-30 mins past my appointment time to get in a room. Then the nurse brought me in asked me most of the same questions I filled out on the intake documents. I was then left alone and naked for 50 MINUTES waiting for the doctor. Ever since Serena the NP left it's been increasingly difficult to talk to anyone who cares, or knows what they are doing. This clinic has changed a lot. The management is harsh and careless and has changed the environment of this clinic drastically and in the end I transferred because I was being made to feel like a bother and not safe.
Worse doctors office I have ever had to deal with. It takes 7 phone calls to get results from an ultrasound which they are the only ones that can give you the results because they were the ones who ordered the ultrasound. Not even my responsive actual professional caring doctor (primary) could give me the results. Also the fact that they waited until 3pm the day before my MRI which was at 12pm the next day saying if I didn’t sign the form and fax it back before the end of the business day I won’t be able to have my MRI…the f... read more
