RecommendedI bought a Camelbac tri-zip over 6 years ago and recently saw that the shoulder strap was fraying. I contacted Mystery Ranch and asked what it would cost to repair. This has been such a great pack that I wanted to have it fixed. Tom contacted me upon receiving my email and asked that I send a picture so that they could give me an estimate. Best packs on earth! Hands down
Not thrilled with my customer service experience. Packs seem to be out of stock more than in stock. Even though a frame and bag may be in stock, the combo cannot be sold at the lower rate (around $50) cheaper than purchasing individually. Will be going a different route as I refuse to pay $50 for the companies bad assumptions on inventory needs, and I cannot wait until July.
horrible communication between team members... lack of good customer service placed order 2 months ago no item told they were investigating it was then told new was out by patrick on the phone while receiving an email from gail saying a refund was issued and I needed to authorize a charge. I REFUSED to authorize until i seen a refund. 2 days later I see a charge for 125!

Hi there, Just received my Mystery Ranch ASAP and I am totally convinced that I am never going to need another daypack. This thing seems so solid! I am very glad I paid the price for this product and I hope I will enjoy it for the rest of my life!
They are simple to adjust and cary very well. I like the USA made feature on many designs. The designs are very smart.
Love my backpack. Built to last. True craftsmanship goes into them.
