Best packs ever. Choose your opinions well
Thier shipping is misleading. Overnight does not mean "overnight". They don't ship on Saturdays unlike everyone else. I ordered mine on Friday am and despite their site saying it will ship overnight-it doesn't. NO chance for refund either.
I would look at Mystery Ranch they have great packs and many that fit on the same frame so you can have a multiday pack such as the beartooth 80 and a long day pack such as the pintler (both packs I own) that share the same frame which lets you go with buying one for a bag only option great customer service and outstanding warranty
I can no longer recommend mystery ranch as a brand. I have easily 5 of their packs but my recent experience with them on the carryology collab has left a sour taste in my mouth. When it was launched i logged ij an order for 2 units and my payment was accepted. Fast forward to delivery, i only recieved 1 pack and when asked, customer service said that they attempted to reach me regarding this. I recently made a warranty claim for a defective strap on my Mystery Ranch Marshall pack. I expected to receive a box in the mail complete with a return shipping label to put my frame in so they could repair it in Bozeman and send it back. What I received was a brand new frame with installation help by Tom at Mystery Ranch, including a phone call, and instructions for returning the defective frame back to them. I don't have Facebook so I am using my girlfriends to post this but I have a MR Metcalf and the pack as a whole is outstanding. But more important to me, is the way MR runs their business and customer service. I had some buckle issues (more or less I am just a dummy) while cleaning my pack after a successful bear hunt and within 12 hr of reaching out to MR, they had a replacement buckle on the road.
