I have 6 packs in all, 5 DD and a MR ASAP. This visit was a treat as Dana, himself greeted me at the front door. He even showed me the factory floor - what a great product and company.
I really like the packs a lot. The part that I wish was different is that they don’t really offer a military discount at all. Considering a fair amount of their products are built for professionals in the military, LEO, or wild land fire fighters you would think there would be something. Now of course they will say go to exert voice which is a joke considering never have I seen any of their military products on there and I believe currently there is just a discount on items that are already on clearance? well made, durable and most importantly comfortable! what else do you need?
This is first class craftsmanship, second grade material (please see the pictures below), rude customer service.. basically want me to accept cosmetic defects as brand new one but I think the current mesh they used are not original mil standard the specs may be altered to cut cost no abrasion resistant ...I got these already pilling Black ASAP and the dude at MR kept saying this is military grade first grade ....will you pay full price for a dented car? i have to pay return shipping to send them back and get my refund ...was... read more
First of all the packs are top notch anyone who owns one and says otherwise doesnt know what they are talking about or they are not being truthful. Second their customer service is the best of any company i have ever delt with and the few issues i had with the packs were addressed and delt with within a couple days. The lifetime warranty is a joke. The URE coating on the zippers of my bag is very poor quality and has deteriorated. When I questioned the warranty department their response was that they could repair the protection on two of the zippers for $75 to $100 and if I wanted to repair more of the zippers it would cost even more. I assumed it would be fully covered, and I certainly didn't expect to be quoted $100!!!
