Recently used my Beartooth to not only carry 45-50 pounds of food, water, extra clothes, kill kit, etc but loaded it down with an additional 80-90 pounds of elk quarters/meat for a 2.5 mile packout. then strapped my rifle to it for a total of around 140-150 pounds and it handled it without issue. I put the mule pack to the test and really like it! I packed out an elk and bear this year so far! Great day pack!! Even better for packing out heavy loads!!

These packs have been sold out for the last six months its pretty irritating when you'd like to get one but they're always sold out. my hunting trip is 3 weeks away and still dont have a pack and their still sold out what's with the supply and I dont care what color it is or even what model now. I originally wanted the Marshall or Metcalf.
