Dr. Mysore Shivaram has been dishonest and deceptive in his practices. He falsely stated that he performed an examination for my OWCP case, yet he submitted billing for work he did not actually carry out. His behavior was unprofessional and discourteous throughout the process. I strongly believe his medical license should be revoked, and he should face legal consequences for his fraudulent billing practices.
