It eas very specious and well kept. We had a 3 bedroom condo which was simply lovely. I would recommend this place for vacation to all.
For the price I paid on groupon for the 2 BR villa isn't terrible, but it also isn't nice by any means. Very run down and not well kept, all of the tile flooring (kitchen, and both bathrooms were sticky). Bring your own pillows, linens, and towels. Their's are like paper and they don't even have pillow cases for the extra pillows in closet. Couches are falling apart too. Front door has light shining through so AC is pouring out of the villa. This is our second year here. They are spacious, clean and feels like home away from home.
The staff is friendly, but housekeeping is non-existent. We were visiting with a large group. One family was given a room that had not been touched by housekeeping (unmade beds, dirty dishes, etc.), another family had one bathroom that was uncleaned (organic waste still on toilet), and we found dirty towels, stiff and dry, crumpled in a dirty pile in the closet in our unit. We stayed 3 days in a 1 bedroom on the ground floor. We had a river and golf course behind us which was beautiful for the sunset. We used the indoor pool which has a little bit of everything with the kiddie playground, lazy river, and pool all in one. We will stay again if we travel back down.
