i highly recommend dr. jimenez. he listens to all of my concerns, i never feel rushed during my appointment even if it is running long, i am always involved in my treatment plans and he and his team also responds fast to my messages on mychart. he follows up with all of my concerns and i like how he is proactive with his treatment styles. it makes me feel like my concerns are actually being heard and i am not wasting my time on waiting to see if my conditions are getting better or worse.
Communication was excellent.
Dr. Jimenez ALWAYS includes me in decisions regarding my care. Always makes sure I understand his explanations (medication, procedure, etc).
