Dr. Jimenez is very thorough. Nice manner and very knowledgeable.
Was able to relay info regarding a referral to consult with someone regarding drooping eyelids interfering with vision. Dr. Jimenez verified he had sent referral; would send request again -- follow up with his office if no call received within the month.

i highly recommend dr. jimenez. he listens to all of my concerns, i never feel rushed during my appointment even if it is running long, i am always involved in my treatment plans and he and his team also responds fast to my messages on mychart. he follows up with all of my concerns and i like how he is proactive with his treatment styles. it makes me feel like my concerns are actually being heard and i am not wasting my time on waiting to see if my conditions are getting better or worse.
