I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I visited this dermatologist hoping for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, but unfortunately, I left with no real answers or help. I spent heaps of money on the consultation, only to be rushed through and told vague, unhelpful information. No tests, no clear diagnosis, and no follow-up support. Wonderful service and lovely staff! Dr Maiolo always takes the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable in my skin journey
Extremely knowledgeable, walks you through step by step, and obviously extremely passionate. She goes that extra mile - i got another problem i didnt even realise i could get treated treated. Wouldn't go to any other dermatologist.
I went for my infant son who has eczema. Since going I have managed to keep his flare ups under control! The information given to me was amazing and really helped me to understand his skin and how it all works. Also very friendly service 10/10
