I was there 4 times spending my time and money,doctor try their best however they are not able find my real problem,it is still with me
I love this location for my Dr and her assistant Melissa. However, I don’t love the reception staff at this location. Two times I have rescheduled my appt. Online, as told to do via phone, via website, via link they send me I am always end up with calls saying I have multiple appts. This time when I call to confirm twice that my previous appointment was cancelled and confirmed to be rescheduled. I was called again for the multiple appts. Outstanding, outstanding service. From the Receptionist to Mel the technician and finally my Optometrist, Dr. Paudyal, I wish I could give 10 stars! I booked here by mistake in October and quickly found out it was not a mistake! The thoroughness of everyone including when I had to get fitted for new glasses in October is the best I’ve ever experienced. I’m not sure why anyone would not come here for all of their optometry needs.

Daminika at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She made the whole check-in process quick and easy and treated me with real kindness and respect.
