Daminika at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She made the whole check-in process quick and easy and treated me with real kindness and respect. Great customer service like this is hard to find. My visit started off perfectly because of her. Thank you, Daminika!
Dr.Cramer was wonderful. He explained things that I never knew about my eyes. Erin helped me with my purchase order and was delightful. From the front desk being sweet. To the tech Melissa being helpful it was great.
This is my ordinary MyEyeDr. I go to visit. It is different knowing that the old doctors I had are not there anymore, but I had Dr. Cameron Cramer, O.D., and he was very caring, nice, and informative about my eyesight. He does transverse between two other locations, but because this location is my regular location, even though I live closer to another MyEyeDr, I prefer this one as they have a better variety of glasses. I was nervous about putting in contacts, as I had never worn them in my life, but I also got a set of glass... read more
