Better service would be appreciated. Your Covid rules and ineptitude caused my 90 yr old father multiple visits. First, the lens were wrong. Then you scheduled him on a day when no technician was on site. Making him wait outside in the heat is not "following the rules" but rather cowardly incompetence. Customer care should come higher on your list of priorities.
Close the doors. Your Norwalk and Westport Connecticut stores are terrible. There is zero customer service on any level from top to bottom, nothing but stories and total incompetence. No follow up, if you don't call them you will get no answers,and you get nothing but stories and lame excuses. I have been waiting 9 months for my prescription sun glasses. The glasses have been sent back 4 times as the prescription was wrong, and my regular eye glasses were sent back 4 times, wrong script, forgot transition lenses, and anti gl... read more

Absolutely would not recommend this company. I visited MyEyeDr of Salisbury 6 WEEKS ago for a routine eye exam and a contact fitting. At first I thought wow this going to be great they had evening appointments that fit into my schedule and I was rushing to get contacts due to starting a new job that requires face mask and face shield and glasses were not cutting it. Worst eye glass company in the world. Took my nephew there a month ago and still don’t have his glasses the way we ordered them. And now you call and no one answers to see if his glasses are in for the third time. Will never recommend myeyedr to anyone.
