I went to the Hamilton office on 1-13-2015 I arrived at 5:27 and left at 6:12 there were 2 other customers in the store. I wasn't acknowledged at all not even a hello I used to be a customer . I stopped in to get an appointment and look at frames . But will take my business elsewhere. So don't bother calling me that I'm due for my eye exam
