Had an appointment July 13th at 2:45, got there no one was there, we called and called for over a half hour, nobody showed up. Also three other patients were waiting outside also. They sent a text at 11:47 that morning about our appointment at 2:45 I texted back Y for yes we would be there. Finally today at 1:55 they call wanting to make another appointment for August 8th LOL We won't ever go back to Wing Eyecare/My Eyecare very disrespectful!!!

From the time I walked in till I left everyone was very friendly. This was my first time getting my eyes tested here. I felt more at ease here than at the doctor I went to for over 25 years. Dr. Reffner was so nice. Would definitely recommend this place.
