Had a recent eye examination which I hadn't had done in 15+ years. Dr. Reffner took time to explain in detail what was going on and how to best correct the issues I was having. The staff was all very polite and I was seen at my appointment time. The frames and lenses are expensive, but I didn't feel pressured in my choice or to even make a purchase for that matter. I purchased one of the two that I need. Highly satisfied with the doctor and staff.
We will never go here again. They tried to hard sell my husband glasses with coatings and a warranty that he doesn't need. Also was showing him $300 frames when she was told we wanted to stay under $130. He already had the eye exam done so we had to pay for that but then we went somewhere else and got his glasses on our insurance. We walked out of the new place spending only our $15 co pay plus a free 1 year warranty. At Wing Eyecare it would've been a lot more.

I ordered new glasses and was told it would take 7-10 days. Today is day 16 and still no glasses. If it takes this long, they should tell you!!
