My experience certainly is LESS of a Star.................A horror show to put it mildly. I went to the Office in CT on March 4th..............today is April 14th and I still do not have a pair of eye glasses. The 1sr set of glasses was a total disaster and I was advised by the staff that it "could" take up to 5 days for my brain and eyes adjust. Very unprofessional, pickup my glasses, insurance paid for the exam and glasses, I paid to have transitions $160.00. When I went to pick them up the girl tried to adjust them to fit but they still slid down my nose she said she couldn't adjust them any more or they would break, she said to try them for a few days to see if I could get use to them, so I tried, they would not stay in place at all. Seems to be a repeating theme for this Company. Been waiting 3 weeks for 5 pairs of glasses that have already been paid for. One pair had to be reordered two weeks after my original order. I received ZERO contact about this issue until I called about my order. Customer Service is not a something MyEyeDr seems to look for when hiring employees. If you would like to discuss some options on how to please contact me and I can assist you with this CSR problems.

Customer service is the worst I have ever seen in any medical field. Two years in a row I have had a problem with my frames. Year one MyEyeDr had to replace my frames after 1 month from purchase. When I went to pickup my new frames they were the wrong frames. They never got me a new pair. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again at the Trussville Al location. Absolutely so unprofessional. They’re so rude, roll their eyes, have no hospitality manners, not kind at all. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Worst eye "care" experience I have ever had. I hesitated to go to myeyedr when our local practice sold out to this larger network. But with Covid, I decided to stick with what I thought I knew instead of trying to find a new practice. Bad move on my part. The eye exam itself was not thorough. I went to the eye glass dispensary to order glasses, and the optician clearly did not know how to handle a high prescription. Awful racist experience from the general manager herself (Ironia) made fun of my daughters Spanish last name that she stated was input correctly assumed we were new clients and assumed we had state insurance to tell us that we would be declined. After all this, little did she know I was paying out of pocket and had been with the company for many years. Started with the office in Northampton had a terrible experience and was contacted by the home office and assured that is not the service that they want customers to encounter. I was contacted by the manager of the Westfield Ma. office and she would be my contact. I called and they refused to talk to me, not much of a contact person. I was told the manager would return my call by the end of the day, I received no call and still waiting for my glasses. This started on September 10th it is now Feb 6th. Make your own judgment.

My husband & I had appoints on 12/29/20. We both needed new prescriptions/glasses. They advised us the glasses would come in by 1-12-21 I started calling 1-13-21 & was told still in progress at Davis lab.... I made a call every week including today & now they told me that Davis is short handed & that it would take a little longer. I immediately called my insurance co They were able to see Davis’s records & they didn’t receive both sets of orders till Jan 13,2021.
