I visited MyEyeDr. in Pooler on March 2023. The overall customer service was horrible. 1. Female associates treat man and women differently. They attended and were very flirtatious with the male customers, while I was totally ignored. 2. The assessment room reeked of mold (where the eyes are dilated with a technician) was not very clean and was not wiped in-between patients. 3. Received my glasses on time and MD was super friendly. However had an issue with my prescription sunglasses and came back to the store to get it corr... read more

I have had the worst experience with My Eye Dr. I was sent to a special for an “issue” that thT specialist said did not exist. And still had to pay $300 for a specialist when nothing was wrong. I made the wrong decision to go back again just saw another optician… and they gave me the worst prescription. I gave it weeks as I suffered from headaches, nausea, and dizziness. I went back.
