good Afternoon, I been a Customer at my Eye Dr for about 10 years or so and i have always either used this location or Reston VA location. I scheduled an appointment, telling them I was on Medicare. I spoke to two different people to make sure they accepted Medicare and they said they did. When I showed up for my appointment, and after I was shown to a room, the receptionist barged in, proclaiming as loudly as she could, that my insurance was invalid. Dr. Brown was great. It was the office staff that had no idea what was going on or the Optical I got in quick but I ended up staying over an hour and a half. They get no stars from me. I went to the one in Belleville MI today thinking I was going in for my eye glass exam and they did a contact exam without asking me if I wanted it. I was not aware that they were doing this at the time of service. When the Dr came in the room and asked me about my contacts I told her I wanted my glasses back because the contacts were hurting my eyes. I purchased a pair of eye glasses from the last year and they said my insurance would not cover the cost so I had to pay the balance in full. I paid the balance and then my insurance paid the full balance as well. Now I have been trying for about 8 months to get my money back. Still cannot get my money back and manager will not take my calls when I call. I have been in the office about 3 times, but still no one will process my refund. I immediately questioned both my glasses and contacts and felt I was given the wrong prescription so I contacted the office. I was told to "give it 30 days" and that my prescription will take time to adjust. When I contacted them in 30 days, because I was still having problems, it was "too late" to get this fixed. I told myself I could deal with this and tried to let go of this but over the next few months, I started having problems with migraines and dizziness. Misrepresented and overcharge for their services. They advertised $199 for an exam and glasses or contacts. They ended up trying to give me a bill for over $1,000. I said wait a minute you advertise clearly on the sign $199 special. They were not able to honor what was on the sign or what was told to me when I made the appointment. I ended up paying $365 just for the exam. This place is clearly a scam and I'm not happy they think they can take advantage of a senior citizen.

Made a 9 am appointment on line. Got a text confirmation showing 9 am. Went to eye doctor on time and was treated rudely and told my appointment was 10am! Do Not come to the Middleburg my eye doctor. Terrible service.
