Absolute trash. If 0 stars were possible, that's what they would get. Both locations, on Lakeland Hills Blvd & S Florida made my mother wait nearly 4 months to get her an updated prescription for her glasses. She's gone there for decades and took me as a child. First, they forgot the order. Then, they arrive broken. Then, the wrong prescription. Then, forgotten again. I always have a great experience when I'm there. Ariel always goes out of her way to help me. She takes the time to help patients with whatever they need! The North Lakeland office is closer to me but I choose to drive to the south Florida location because I always have a pleasant experience!
I didn't get the phone number of someone who called I made a complaint a while back about the chairs in your facility the seats are sunkenin they need to be replaced! It's hard for elderly people to get out of them or at least! Also when we were there the bathroom was a disaster area! Eye doctor should do better than this and make it more of a pleasurable visit with some nice chairs unclaimed bathrooms!
I am very happy with them. They are always very keen to offer me the best. His professionalism is very notorious. Ivania Perez excellent. She attended me and gave me excellent choices.
