Half a year since appointment. Told needed glasses as cdl driver. Paid extra and still have not received my glasses.
I had a great experience with Toria during my eye visit and while getting new glasses. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable from start to finish. She took the time to answer my questions, helped me find the right glasses, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Excellent customer service and a very welcoming attitude. I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided. Highly recommend!
