good Afternoon, I been a Customer at my Eye Dr for about 10 years or so and i have always either used this location or Reston VA location. My wife and I had a appointment setup today 07/29/2023 @ 2:45pm, we were running little late to the appointment due to traffic in our area, we called the office and let the front desk associate (Jenna) know that we were running late and will be there by 2:55pm (10min). she said okay that would be fine, we got to the location @ 2:55pm and by the time she walked up to the desk was 2:56pm or... read more

I scheduled an appointment, telling them I was on Medicare. I spoke to two different people to make sure they accepted Medicare and they said they did. When I showed up for my appointment, and after I was shown to a room, the receptionist barged in, proclaiming as loudly as she could, that my insurance was invalid. I explained that I had called, and was told that Medicare was accepted. She then launched into a diatribe that they only accept MediCAID. MeduCAID. I told her I was only going by what I had been told. She told me ... read more
