I scheduled an appointment, telling them I was on Medicare. I spoke to two different people to make sure they accepted Medicare and they said they did. When I showed up for my appointment, and after I was shown to a room, the receptionist barged in, proclaiming as loudly as she could, that my insurance was invalid. They get no stars from me. I went to the one in Belleville MI today thinking I was going in for my eye glass exam and they did a contact exam without asking me if I wanted it. I was not aware that they were doing this at the time of service.
