As a repeat client/customer I have been 100% satisfied with both the eye exams I've received and the glasses I've purchased here. Everything has been done in a friendly, professional manner with no needless delays (such as in the waiting room). I was there recently, now have new glasses and now can leave my magnifying glass in the drawer. I'll return next year.

My wife went in for an eye exam. She was treated very bad. When she gave them her insurance information that said they don't except that insurance. The insurance website list that office first on the list of Doctors that the insurance covers.

The Dr. was great, the lady who fitted us for glasses was great. However, we ordered glasses in March 2023 and no one called or emailed to let us know the glasses were in-we had to continuously call them. The staff was horrible, and never called back when they said they would with information. My husband still doesn’t have his glasses-they sent the lenses but no frame. Finally the manager said the manufacturer didn’t have the frame. We are still waiting for his glasses.

I paid 450$ for my glasses they snapped in half an the lens flew out while I was wearing them took them back they made me feel like it was my fault but they fixed them 4weeks latter the same thing happened again I was so glad my daughter was with me she thought something hit the window I said no it was my glasses they made a loud crack an the lens flew all I was doing was sitting there now its 2weeks later an they cracked again this time it was a different place but still it was the plastic he said they are only covered 1tim... read more

I ordered a new pair of sunglasses in November 2022, but I received them last week, four months later. Unfortunately, the frame was burnt and beyond repair. When I provided the frame to have the lenses replaced first time, they were not properly fitted, with a large gap between the lens and frame. Despite their obvious mistake, the company denied responsibility and falsely accused me of providing the damaged frame. Ordered my sons lenses 2 months ago and still do not have them. Repeated calls only result in promises that a manager will call back and that never happens. I also have an issue with my glasses order that I have not even brought to anyone’s attention because it just seems hopeless at this point. How is this acceptable when they are having negative reviews posted here almost DAILY??

Rating “0”……F. We have been going to Pullen Eye Care in Jacksonville, FL for years. They are now part of MyEyeDoc. I scheduled vision appointments for my 80+ year old parents in January and was told they couldn’t be seen until March. The day before the March appointments I confirmed both their appointments via the link I had been sent from MyEyeDoc. When we arrived the next day, we were told our appointments had been canceled because we had failed to confirm them by phone/verbally 24 hours prior to their appointments. No one... read more

Spent months trying to get glasses. Was told repeatedly that the lab had issues. When they finally came in I couldn't read with them. They sent the lenses back to the lab with changes to the prescription. Another month went by and when they came in, I still couldn't read as well as with my old glasses. Gave them three tries to get the lenses correct and finally asked for a refund. They gave the refund but when I asked about a refund for the exam, they said services had been rendered. I ordered my glasses at the end of January 2023. I still do not have them. I’ve call multiple times. When they did answer the phone all they said was they are short handed. I would call again no answer. This happened a couple times. The last time I spoke to someone there I asked them to call the Lab to see what the delay is. She stated “ the lab guy will have to call and he is busy. I’ll tell him but I don’t know when he will call you back.” I went to the clinic today to ask for a refund.
