This is the worst place. I advise you to take your eye care anywhere else. We went here to get my son's eyes checked and order new glasses. About a week later we were contacted to come pick up the glasses, and we did. It was the wrong frame. They reordered the correct frames, contacted us to come get my son's glasses, and when we arrived they lost the frames. They promised us free sunglasses because of all this headache and reordered the frames for a THIRD TIME. They contacted us again and we went to pick up the frames which... read more

Ordered my glasses in the store, was told they would be mailed to my home. two weeks went by never received them. I called the office was put on hold for 5 minutes, had to call back they told me my glasses were in the office!! I was furious, they specifically told me they would be mailed out. I picked them up and even on the paperwork it stated to mail them to me? Not very good customer service.

I’m really disappointed. I’ve been using the same location since before it became myeyedr. This year, I get a phone call at 4:45 pm the night before my 8 am appointment to reschedule due to a conflict. So I went to a different place for my exam because I took the day off work foe the appointment they cancelled last minute. So I figured I’d give them another chance and was let down yet again. Make sure employees know what’s possible in regards to frames. I literally had to argue to the one helping me to look into a different color options than what was on display.
