Today I visited the office and saw a Dr. Kristina Schwab . She was very rude and insulting. She kept yelling at me and implied I was stupid . Not sure if she was having a bad day but she has no customer service skills . I expressed my feelings in the matter and she said I am sorry you feel that way . She did not even apologize for being disrespectful. I don’t recommend going here at all . Spend your money elsewhere and skip the disrespect.

This facility has gone way down hill since MY Eye Doctor has taken over. Orders not correct cant reach a person when calling dont return calls as they say they will extremely high prices not enough staff to handle the volume

this place is a joke employees do not tend to their own transactions lack of empathy turns you down not accomadable makes zero effort lazy and tastless HAGERSTOWN MD 21740

Got my glasses just over a year ago, 6 months into wearing them, the right lens fell out, not once but multiple times, there’s a glare inside of both lens, the screw, which holds the arms of the glasses came out, had to take to mall to repair, the store is so far from me, I didn’t want to ride public transportation for 2 hours to have them repaired or replaced, called a couple of times, I’m still waiting on a return call, 90 days in, I would not recommend them, and I definitely will not use their services again, unprofession... read more

Great customer service!!! My eye glasses were delayed for over 2 and a half months. I was very disappointed and communicated my dissatisfaction with My I Eye Doctor, within 2 days I got a response. It turned out that the supplier had filled the wrong prescription for my glasses and they were sent back. They apologized for the delay and lack of communication with me. In the end my glasses were delivered and they also refunded my entire price of the glasses. I was surprised by that gesture. I really appreciated their response!
