RecommendedI felt very safe walking in Rx optical. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful
bad attitude doctor. cost 100 for exam after told would be covered by insurance.
I recommend the My EYE Dr. in Milledgeville, Ga. I was very impressed with their tech Christa Hinkley. She was very knowledgeable and educated me through the entire appointment. I give her 5 stars! Thank you for such a great experience for my nephew!

Although the staff has always been extremely helpful and accommodating, I find it very inconvenient and bad business practices that the process of picking up glasses is not explained after you order your glasses and when they send you a text informing you that your glasses are ready, there are no details provided regarding that fact that you have to make an appointment to pick them up. Don’t text me my glasses are ready and NOT send information regarding the process. I Just spent time out of my day to come pick them up just ... read more

Called in to try and get a prescription refilled because we are not going in due to Covid and Dana basically said she doesn’t care about us catching the virus..... no visit no contacts. THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
