Spent 600 dollars on a spoiler just to wait a week and have my order cancelled because they “aren’t able” to ship it. Waste of my time and now im waiting however long to get my money back from this bogus company. Could simply have listed it as shipping not available.
Excellent customer service
Good prices. Great email communication. Slow to ship. Problem is that they don't do what they say they will do. Initial order confirmation said "they will verify the parts are correct for my VIN but they never did. Asked for the order to be shipped by USPS. They emailed that it would and after 5 days I get an email that the order was shipped by UPS. Called on the phone and the parts person said he could correct the shipping and send it by USPS but I told him to cancel the order which he did quickly. I think they are a good s... read more
