Superlative work and technical edification highly recommended I am a teacher and have enough stress with the kids to have to worry about, my transmission. When I had a problem phoned A+ in Kingwood. The professional manor in which I was treated endeared me to the personnel. Before too long repair options were explained in great detail,with the car fixed and I was back to school shortly thereafter. A+ Transmission, Jim and David are invaluable to the community and it's consumers. I urge you to patronize them.
Good Work Recently I had some transmission work done at this location. I had just had a bad experience with another car care location here in Kingwood and was very leery of going to an unknown to me business. I took the time to describe what I had been through and what I wanted done and the manager listened, made many helpful observations and gave me a price quote that was not out of line with this type service. A+ Transmission is a Joke! Just like their paid reviews! 5 Stars? Really Everyone? You guys are lying out your butts to think this place is 5 stars! Great customer service Great customer service, fast turn around time, good prices, this A+ Transmission shop on Northpark has come to rescue flawlessly repairing my Ford truck in time for the new work week.Jim and David saw to it that I was also aware of other issues with the truck which needed attention and advised that I go to another local shop with their diagnosis. As far as I am concerned A + will always be my first choice for transmission repairs.
Check this place first! There was something wrong with my transmission so i looked up the internet on the shops that are accessible in my location that can fix the problem. I went to at least four shops and they said almost immediately that this was what is wrong and it will cost me about 1,800 dollars. So i tried to check A Plus Transmission and they had it checked for free and quoted me $90 dollars. i could not believe it! i almost got ripped off! i wished i went to this place first!
Works for me A+ 's service works for me. I had my car's transmission problem fixed. Takes a lot of patience but after that, nothing's wrong with my car. I was also given tips on how to take care of it.
Great Satisfying Service Thanks Robert (the manager) who help me out so far.. I was aghast and very angry about what happened to my car brakes when i have let the other store fix it. And now its doing well. Thanks A Plus Transmission specialist
Bad customer service and work! It's no longer Jim it's Chuck and this place is unbelievable. I should have really checked this place out. They are still smooth talkers and got me for $3300 plus I had to pay for a rental. It has been back at the shop this 3rd time now for a month and a half. Chuck always says he will call you back and he never does. I had to show up today in order to get a roll moving on my truck.
