THIS PLACE SUCKS! Whoever wrote these latest reviews must have been talking about a TOTALLY different A+ Tansmission or it was the owners writing their own reviews (That's what it sounds like when you read them)! Anyways I was waaaaay overcharged! I was suckered into the "Oh we'll take it apart for $500 and if there is something wrong with it will add it to the price of the repair" Well GUESS WHAT? Flexible Pricing and Service A Plus was very helpful on educating me on what the issue was with my transmission. A new transmission was needed as the car was 11 years old. I indicated that the value of the car was just not worth that much and that I didn't want to spend more on it than it was worth. New to town great experience with A Plus Transmissions in Kingwood I recently moved to Kingwood and my transmission cratered, I called Jim Mullin at A+; he had my car towed into the shop. Jim was very understanding and compassionate as well as knowledgeable as to repair options. The price was very reasonable, service fast and professional and I just wanted say thank you by recommending these guys....
I HIGHLY recommend them to family and friends I was pleasantly surprised to find the workmanship and employees to be 100 proof. My experience was a good one, the work was done right, promptly and priced within reason. My thanks to Jim and David for their kindness and guidance with my transmission repair. Done just right My recent repair with Jim at A+ was a positive experience. I had a week left before my job ended (I was stressed out). I was treated to sympathetic ear and a price break to enable my van to have it's transmission repair done. The van is working properly and no more check engine lights are on. My experience with this establishment was the ultimate in customer service and quality repairs.
Great Service, Wonderful demeanor and absolutely willing to help My wife had her truck taken there and they performed a VERY thorough inspection, Took pictures and everything! After Letting us know the issues with our transmission they were willing to help us out with the repairs desperately needed for our vehicle. Transmission repair at it's finest A+ Transmission rebuilt my Suburu's gear box recently. I have never been happier with the service or work quality anywhere. The crew took special care of my "baby" and the managers were the epitome of professionalism. The shop is clean and treats people with dignity. At A+ you get much more than you pay for.
Bad customer service and work! It's no longer Jim it's Chuck and this place is unbelievable. I should have really checked this place out. They are still smooth talkers and got me for $3300 plus I had to pay for a rental. It has been back at the shop this 3rd time now for a month and a half. Chuck always says he will call you back and he never does. I had to show up today in order to get a roll moving on my truck.
