I made a mistake, and thought I was buying pre-made items, and got crabby when the four tarps I ordered took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, (about a week longer, NBD). Bravo to this team for great customer service in response to my emails. When the tarps arrived it was very easy to understand why they took a tiny bit longer than I expected...they are incredibly well made and have far exceeded my expectations.

About the quality of the tarp: if anyone is thinking of using them to create an outdoor movie theater screen, I HIGHLY recommend. I'm very happy with the way movie projection looks on this screen. And it seems really well-made. Should last many years. About the experience of ordering from My Tarp: Tamarra, the customer service rep that I worked with, was very attentive and great to deal with.
