I am a property manager in the Tri-Cities. We had a flooding emergency happen at 2 rentals that I manage, and as a result we had to temporarily relocate the tenants for the duration of the repairs. ‘My Place Hotel’ heard our situation and helped us find accommodations for our tenants, and for a reasonable price. Melissa the GM was helpful in getting our tenants in their rooms quickly.

We recently stayed at My Place Hotel when participating in a dog show at the Harpo Center. The location was fantastic - such an easy walk to the event center and local restaurants. However, there are many choices of hotels to stay at in the area and My Place won't be getting my business in the future. I stayed on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and looked like it was recently updated. Not bad at all. I was surprised to see some negative reviews on here. Because I had a good experience. I would stay again.
