M&Y did an excellent job replacing gutters and did it quickly. 5 stars.
After woodpecker damage, M&Y did a beautiful job replacing the wood soffit with vinyl. We did not wait long for a quote or for the work completion. **** and his crew were professional - I highly recommend!
Our experience with M &Y Pittsburgh Roofing was very positive. They were correcting problems caused by a poorly done flip job on a hundred twenty plus year old house. They replaced siding on one side of the house and corrected a downspout issue. They were prompt, efficient and professional. **** gave us a detailed proposal with pictures, and made sure we were both clear about everything they proposed and were doing. I lost a single shingle during a windstorm on a Saturday. I called M & Y on Tuesday afternoon and sent them a photo of the roof and the shingle. They responded shortly thereafter and had a workman at my house within a couple of hours. He was very professional about his work and replaced the missing shingle with a new one and sealed it in place. I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of the work.<br /> <br /> <br />
I have never had to complete a roof repair. And when I was calling around for roofers and going through the process I was incredibly nervous. Then **** stopped by for an evaluation which is standard for their repair process. I was a little nervous about the price, but once **** came off ******* and explained exactly what was going on. My experience with MY Pittsburgh was very positive. **** was excellent to work with. His follow through on calls, schedules, and work are excellent. He inspected my roof, gave me an estimate, we scheduled a date, his crew showed up early and worked the entire day, and cleaned everything up before they left. **** came a few days later and inspected the work, The experience was just very good. I like people who follow through on what they tell you. *****
**** and his team made quick work of our siding replacement job. He met with us twice in person at our home as we were deciding between offers, presenting lots of options and having patience with us as we weighed the options. When we were ready, the contract was signed and materials arrived within 2 weeks. The team worked diligently over a day and a half into the second night to finish before Thanksgiving.
