The whole team were very friendly and efficient. Very professional roofers. The management and sales team were kind and considerate of our needed roof repair and replacement. No pressure sales. He laid out the plans of what needed to be done to be sure the roof was installed to code, arranged for building permits and inspection, provided the estimate, and patiently dealt with the insurance company's questions. The crew arrived early in the morning and finished in one day. The entire site was left completely clean. He communicated regularly about the whole process. MY Pittsburgh Roofing was absolutely amazing. When we were in need for a roof replacement, we read the plethora of positive reviews and decided to reach out for a quote. Mr. **** was great to work with. I had some delays in my end but he was patient and checked in m periodically. He communicated everything very well and answered any questions I had. His team was at my home in the day or work a few minutes before 7 and got to work immediately. They finished around 5, including cleaning up everything, thankfully right before an unexpected rain storm. Mr. **** even helped with the financing piece when one part didnt transfer over correctly. So far, the roof is doing great!
