Great staff. I had an emergency at 8pm at night and they were ready to help me. Great customer service.
Called on a Sunday with a dental emergency,and was given a appt within the hour. Greeted by a compassionate and professional staff. (Dr.Sarika and and staff)very pleased with my results would highly recommend this office .to anyone in need of services .
One of my children had a dental emergency while at Walt Disney World on a Sunday. Dr. Heggannavar and her staff were kind enough to come in and see my son. Her staff is very caring and compassionate and she did great work. We are from another state and luckily were able tin find her. We would definitely recommend her and her staff!!
Dr. Sarika and her staff were awesome!! They were extremely friendly and took my husband in right away. We live 30 minutes away but will definitely keep going back to Orlando Smiles.
Although I simply had my teeth checked and cleaned I was very pleased with the service and friendly staff. I had little wait time and the office was super clean. I highly recommend Dr. Heggannavar and the staff at Orlando Smiles.
I came to Orlando for a long weekend with my family. I was scheduled to have a root canal the next week but began to experience severe pain and my face began to swell like I had a baseball in my jaw. I called Dr. H. In the middle of the night and she had me come in early the next morning. She started right away on the root canal and put me on antibiotics. I wasn't a big fan of dentists but my opinion truly changed when I made a appointment at Orlando Smiles! I finally found a place that made me feel comfortable. The staff went above the call of duty to help me both relax and feel welcomed. I had to get a root canal and a crown done. Dr Heggannavar walked me through each step explaining everything that she would be doing and truly wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns.
