office staff is fantastic. Dentist is extremely rude, to the point i almost didn’t go back and have her finish the work. decided against my better judgment to go back and when i did she mom shamed me for bringing my child with me to the appointment. i asked for my temporary to be placed and a refund for work not done so that i could go somewhere else, and instead she took it upon herself to pull my tooth without medicine (then give me numbing medicine after i jump in shock from the pain) and not even explain what happened. s... read more

While I've only been going to this location for a few months, it's been a great experience. They're helping me slowly get my smile and oral hygiene back to normal. I've have a ton of work done including fillings, cleanings and extractions and I genially can say they're one of the most caring and accommodating locations around. No one likes to be in pain and this location will help you with all your dental needs on your schedule. Highly recommend!
First off, there was one nice person at this office, but my overall experience at Orlando Smiles has lead me to this review. I called Orlando Smiles before going to their office to confirm my insurance was in their network and letting them know of my situation of being in pain. She said they could get me in about 30 minutes and that I should head their way so I could make the appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait a week to get in. WARNING TO EVERYONE. Just so we are clear, I am posting on behalf of my wife who was seen by this so called dentist. She was in extreme pain and it was a weekend, so we looked up emergency dentists in Orlando. We are in Ocala, and have no emergency dentist on weekends. Second time they did not run my insurance and over charged me for visit. Also, lack of communication - thought I was there for exam and clean, apparently they did a different cleaning and I had to pay more for it and was not explained before hand. I also asked for a quote on future work needed and did not receive any information on paper for this work probably due to lack of not putting my insurance into the system after sending it to them months ago. Looking for a new dentist.
