Recommendedabsolutely! I love this place! The staff is so nice and the dentist is so patient and kind to the kids. He explains everything to kids and parents so they feel comfortable!
We were very disappointed to learn that Dr. Chance is no longer working there. We were even more disappointed with the lack of information regarding his leaving. Families were not notified that he left the practice and they weren’t notified that there was no doctor in the practice while they were in transition. We had an appt. scheduled for early Aug and we were not notified that our appt. would need to be rescheduled. We learned this information from a local Facebook group.
Dr. Chance is an amazing pediatric dentist. He and all the other staff work so well with children (and also with parents). I was nervous when my kiddo needed dental work beyond a regular cleaning, but Dr. Chance took the time to explain to me what would happen and how they would handle any problem that might arise. We discussed dental trauma and he explained how it is his personal goal to insure that does not happen under his care. I have to say how happy we were with our girls first trip to the dentist yesterday. My youngest. My 6 year old suffers from ptsd and severe anxiety. We have been putting off her visit for a long time. Dr Chance was so patient and explained everything to her before he did anything. She had no tears and loved it. She actually asked when she can go back. I highly recommend Dr Chance and the staff and we will definitely be back.
We love Dr. Chance!!! Our daughter has been to him several times now and he is wonderful. Even calls from his personal line to make sure she is doing great and check up on her. He also did oral sedation and even though I was nervous about it he answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable about it. Everything went awesome! Definitely recommend!!! ��
