They have change their staff several times in last 2 years . Staff is rude and treat patients like numbers . Was on time for appointment actually early had to wait 20 mins to check in . Didn’t see us until 30 mins after our appointment time . Ask to speak to Dr . He came up spoke to his rude staff member and walk away . 4 years ago I went to this place... They said I had a bad filling and needed a crown... Beliving them I had both done.. The temporary crown fell off three times... Then my real crown came in an a week later fell off... They blamed the adhesive.. Then went back a year later with pain in two places... where they fixed the filling and put the crown on... they said the problem with my filling tooth would have to be removed and a bridge put in... never mentioned my other side... b… See more
RecommendedDentistry for the whole family. Friendly people beginning with front reception area staff and everyone else.
I went to them in March for a cleaning, they put it on my Smile generation card apparently they want me to pay twice because the insurance covered all of it but $119.40 the insurance gave back $297 to the dentist office but instead of putting it on my smile generation card where it was supposed to go they kept it -they were supposed to reimburse me what the insurance covered. Now it’s accruing interest and killing my credit!
RecommendedMy kids dentist and ortho have been phenomenal to my whole family! Since day one they went above and beyond to help make my husband and kids comfortable 100%. We have had bad dental experiences in the past at other dentist, but at my kids dentist they changed our perspective on dentist. They always make us feel welcome. I would highly recommend my kids dentist you will not regret it!
Does this place ever answer the phone or return calls?!? Once again can’t get an appt reschedule
Do not go to this dental office. They have put someone else’s dental bill on my credit report and knocked me down to the 700”s. After talking to several people, no one has returned my call after all saying “we’ll call you Friday”. I’m sure Ali’s credit is straight though. I also got a majority of the work redone in California.
RecommendedThey have always been supportive and friendly and understanding with the parents and the kids!!! Nothing is ever to hard to work out!!! My kids actually ask is it time to go back to the dentist!
