I paid for my dental work which started months ago and still no partials. I have been in numerous times for fittings. I have been trying to get a refund of my money to no avail. I just get the run around and promises of emails that I never get. So if you’re going to get your work done here, make sure the work is done first before you pay. I am on a fixed income and I had to pull money out of my IRA for this work. I am very unhappy and it saddens me this is the way I am being treated.

I went to this Group in September 2021. I was extremely uncomfortable in the office as it was filthy. The floors, and walls looked like they had not been cleaned for years. The equipment was outdated and looked as if it was gotten from a dump. I felt unclean after leaving the office and never have returned. Sad, but true.

Our family goes to this office and the one on Market Street. Dentists are pleasant and professional, though the entire practice seems to be rushed about everything from treatment to presenting results. They talk fast and seem pushy. Not always upfront about the costs that are covered by Cigna HMO. You definitely have to know what your benefits are and be willing to refuse unnecessary treatment. RecommendedDr. Tutt is the ONLY dentist I’ve found who is willing to do same day crowns on my complicated teeth. Traditional crowns always result in huge problems for me (temps fall out and my gums abscess from temp material ), so having a dentist able to do ‘same-day’ has been nothing short of a godsend! I appreciate him SO much and the wonderful care he has given me.
